Worth knowing before you write, because these come up and the answer is always the same.
- We cannot get footage out of somebody's car. We never receive, store, or watch any recording. Only the owner can retrieve a clip, and only if it has not already been overwritten.
- We cannot make anyone pay, or make anyone hand over a clip. We introduce two people and step out of the way. The money never passes through us, so there is nothing for us to hold back or refund.
- We are not an evidence custodian. We make no claim about chain of custody or admissibility. If that matters to your case, talk to your own lawyer before you rely on anything from here.
- We are not Tesla. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc. For anything about your car, its cameras, or your account, they are the people to ask.
